Because internet elrpoxer has been repeatedly proven to be the worst internet browser anyone on any computer could use. They wouldn't get enough profit because of how many of their users have happily switched to chrome or Firefox. IE has a shot reputation. They have no chance to compete with them. Its kind of like drive in movies something better came along. There is no reason to go back. No matter how wonderful you make a drive in theater, it is still outside, America prefers convenience. If you haven't yet, you should switch browsers.
