Whois watching ticker for cams

A program that can be downloaded and/or run as a plugin for webcam 32 or 2000 that will tell you the ip and the nick of the person watching your cam so you dont have to go to the site to get that info you can just look in the ticker. Maybe run it like a desktop ticker have it scrolling in the taskbar.
