After set number of constant requests with jeeves for output, have jeeves reply back with some smart assed comment about going somewhere else or what nots. And make him savvy, such as repeat offenders. After the max limit for a set amount of time has been reached have jeeves pm the user with something like use the feature here so we dont have to yell at people... That and it'd be funny as hell to watch :)
