В общем покопался в тесте. Сделал так, чтобы время прогона селектора считалось в десятичных дробях с точность до одной десятой. Для каждого селектора тест прогоняется 5 раз, и считается среднее арифметическое. Ноль всё равно выводится в некоторых тестах, т.к. JavaScript может считать только в миллисекундах, а некоторые селекторы успевают обработаться за микросекунды. Была бы функция microtime(), было бы проще.
