The house is being taken apart in a different order than it was put together. The boards along the wall with the window were nailed between two studs and options to remove them were limited.

The giant wet spot is a lasting legacy from the water trapped in the drain pipe. It didn't smell very appealing.

Knob & Tube wiring. Although all the other K&T wiring in the house we've found so far is not in use, this pair has yet been traced to its ultimate conclusion.
